first of all, your psyker is not legal. He has more than 50 points of wargear, only HSO can have that many-real HSO, not honorifica ones.perhaps drop his carapace & frag grenades to make him legal?
secondly, in the command squads, only veteran guardsmen can have the lp+cc upgrade.are they veterans?if not, you must first upgrade them to vets so they can get the upgrade.
otherwise very good list.

Welcome to the forum, hope you enjoy it ;D secondly, in the command squads, only veteran guardsmen can have the lp+cc upgrade.are they veterans?if not, you must first upgrade them to vets so they can get the upgrade. You do not need to be a vet to have a las pistol and close combat weapon, that's standard for the all guardsman in the command squad. Ok first off your doctrines are pretty good but you did didn't take conscripts which means the doctrine point is wasted. Replacing it with close order drill would be better. As your army is cadian and is built like a proper cadian force I would suggest replacing your current doctrines with the cadian shocks troops which are very effective. The point about the psyker having to much wargear is valid, I would remove all the command squads frag grenades and unless you out-fit the whole squad with carapace the effort is wasted on one model. Your command squad doesn't have enough CC potential so either replace the flamers with plasma guns, give the junior officer a plasma pistol and get a medic or get a commissar with a power fist or a priest with a eviscerator to give the squad some kick. The AT squad needs the missile launchers all being replaced with lascannons to be effective. The stormtroopers are excellant though possibly try to get a heavy stubber on the chimera. The platoons are ok except that your army suffers from an extreme lack of AT power so possibly get either some missile launchers which are good anti-personnel weapons as they are AT and get a lascannon or two. Finally the leman russ needs heavy bolter sponsons. Overall this is a pretty good army list but it needs a few minor treaks. Also it would be good to know what types of armies you face so we can give you further advice. Hope this helps

Thanks for the feedback. I edited the list.
@karskin, I usually face mech tau, necrons, and dark angels.

Youll need some high strength stuff to deal with necrons, so the sods dont get back up. Thats one of the biggest problems I have with them, you shoot lots, some hit, a few wound, a handful penetrate. And only 1 dies cos half of them get up.

The psyker is legal. It has precisely 50 points of wargear Honorifica= 25points, Force weapon =25points/ 25+25=50= legal. Try and pick up your 'dex before embarking on flaming good ideas.
More high strength weaponery is a good plan. Some meltaguns in your line squads would provide a spectacular detterant to any close-in attack.
You inly need one psyker. Without a force weapon and honorifica Imperialis a psyker is 12points of dead weight. With those two upgrades he is close combat gold at 62 points.
A fairly balanced force, if somewhat static in its nature.
Don't buy officers a bolter, a bolt pistol is equally effective and gives hima an extra attack (and you want him for counterassault)
Switch the command squad flamer for a meltagun or a plasmagun.

If you look at the bottom of the post you will notice that is has been changed... The psyker had more wargear in the original post...

I see you play against Necrons and Marines. In my JO squad I gave all four of the guardsmen flamers. This is only 24 points. In the last game I played I droped 2 Terminators and eight or nine marines with the squad. If you get the right angle you can throw out 20-25 sure to hit attacks in one shooting phase. Always hitting and the str 5 can really pack a punch. Just something to consider.
