A problem i have found whilst gaming is the lack of full frontal attack many IG players display, they act just like a Tau player, when they have an entire army that can infiltrate or deep strike and take the frontline where you want to take it, instead of a terminator squad going from squad to squad. I have trailed this army against the new chaos and ork codex's, Eldar, tau and Space Marines. It's been very promising, having in every game wiped out as many points as i have lost at least. Non Conventional and seemingly weak, this army has a way of ... surprising the veteran across the table who expects a 4+ cover save Dependant camper.

20 Infantry Platoon Command Squad - Junior Officer
Heavy Support 1 Demolisher Heavy Flamers, Heavy Bolter
1 Basilisk Indirect Fire
Elites 5Hardened Veterans 1 plasma gun, 2 melta-guns, carapace armour
Sergeant
6 Hardened Veterans 1 plasma gun, 2 melta-guns, carapace armour
Sergeant Demolition Charge
Fast Attack 1 Hell Hound
Doctrines Drop Troops, Veterans
One thing i have noticed in looking through the army list's in this forum is alot of people thinking guardsmen are worth keeping alive. Why? you're wasting half your army on upgrading a useless unit to an even more useless diversion which isn't a diverison any more because it costs 450+ points.
Feel free to debate and ridicule my army, I'm not 100% sure about the demolition charge though so if someone can clarify that I'd be very thankful
