How Shooty is this for a All Comers?

This army will stand and shoot with tanks pie plating, the Hellhound, will provide LOS cover for the RR and Assaulting Elites who will either Counter Assault or Block/Hold Up Advancing Flanking moves (i.e by Steeler Shock units?!, etc) with tanks provide support. This CC unit could also be used as reserve to plug gaps in front line. What do you think? Any Good? Any Recommendations Welcomed.

Anything? is this new list better or any improvement recommendations?

My aim is to Counter Assault where necessary, via Chimera units, bind & Block possibly using Hellhound (protecting via LOS protection), the Rough Riders and the shooty Elite and supported by the Sentinels.

The tanks provide pie plate cover and support where necessary. The rest of the Army Shoots?

Would you suggest Sentinels in Command Squad with LC or AC. &/or should i Change the fast attack Sentinel from HF & HK Missile to either LC/AC??
