awesome man ratlings have gotten such rave reviews in the sniper tactics thread, I wish I could spare a doctrine point for them, but I'm like madman (who seems to have gone MIA when I was, well, MIA too) in that I've got special weapon squads for my doctrines so I've got a demo charge or two and a few sniper rifles in those units but that's about all the sniper rifle action I get ***edit*** I like the paint scheme, they almost look like they get cadian-made fatigues! (just sized for wee snipers of doom)

Nice paint job, I'll have to take a pic of mine when I'm in the UK next week and post it in this thread too.
Hobbits rule!!!!!! Pretty deadly and cheap as chips. Just wish they did more models, or even better, plastic kits with bottles of wine and chicken legs and stuff. 1 of the lead ones has a chicken leg sticking out the back of his bag lol.

I think there are only 6 different models. I'm only missing the one aiming down the barrle that is standing up (have the kneeling 1).
Had a look for FB ones to convert but can't seem to find any in the GW in Munich, will have a look else where next week. LOTR ones are too small, altho I guess if you only used LOTRs ones then it wouldn't matter so much, as compared to IG they'd just be a bit smaller, but no other rattlings to compare against, rifles might be a bit big tho lo.

Yeah I wish they made plastic ratlings/halflings for warhammer/w 40k . I read the background fluff for them in mordheim stuff.

Cool ratlings! Nice solid colour scheme and the unit fits nicely together. Looking forward to seeing them fully based and finished.
