Hello all! Here's a few pictures i managed to take of my Elysian 24th army, Xi company. a few notes: For some reason my camera doesn't like focusing on small objects (like miniatures!) so i had to trick it into taking the pictures by putting the model half-way across the room and zooming in. try it, it might work. This is the only squad i have, and i created the squad through less than ethical means, but that's for later. I appologize for the poor quality of the photos and hope you enjoy them in spite of my horrible photography skills. +++Elyisan 24th Regiment; seconded to the Inquisition+++ First, a squad shot: Now the sergeant: Meltagunner: Homewrecker (aka, guy with demolition charge): Pair of troopers (the rest look pretty much like these guys, so i only photographed two of them): Kneeling trooper (I thought the pose was cool): The squad's handy dandy Valkyrie transport! (Unarmed. Any questions as to why it looks kinda funny, just PM me): More to come soon.

thank you all very much.
there's only two kinds of bases. I just greened up a pair of 25mm bases and set them in some playdoh, let it harden overnight, and presto, you have yourself an inexpensive and low quality mold.
I've got some brick bases in the works.

the armor is straight up Chaos Black over a matte black base coat, with (over applied) white detailing for squad signs and stuff. I just got myself a new squad of Elysians and a printable water-transfer sheet, so that should sharpen out the models a bit.
The fatigues are Fortress Grey over a black base coat (applied just a bit on the thick side, I'd like to experiment with the Foundation paints). The impact pads are Codex Grey, and the little fold is outlined in a very thin layer of black, just to add contrast. Some highlights and sections painted Codex Grey on the helmet.
The visor is just Chaos Black with 'Ardcoat for a neat reflective sheen. Faces are about a coat and a half of tanned flesh, plus white for teeth, etc.
They give the army a nifty SWAT team/city fight appearance.
