I`d be really interested to follow the progress of this tank. I paint my tanks in desert camo as well so hopefully I`ll be able to pick up a few hints.

another good way to get good looking desert tanks is to get some "krylon" brand camoflage spray paint, desert tan specifically and dry brush over it with bleached bone, and it is also about 1/3 the price of gee dub primer

not a bad idea at all Jeremy.I have a friend at our local gaming store we call shiney orc boy becouse he krylons all of his orcs red ,green or black and then goes up in colors from there.I never thought of using it in a matt color as a base for tanks.

im really sorry for those who wanted to see this through. however i will be making one during christmas when i save up to get a lemun russ battle squadron. You can send me a PM for personal details on how i painted it....but for now ile wait till christmas to tell you how it came to this
