They look like Pain. Good job. ^^ Though, the sentinel on the last picture, closest to us, is it the flash or did you not yet finish painting the side?

ok so here is how i painted the tanks... the darker brown tanks took longer, i sis a bleached bone undercoat followed by several layers of snakebite leather, and the camo is scorched earth with black lining around the outside.
the lighter tan tanks were primed using "krylon camoflage" wich is available at walmart for about 3.50 a can. i then did the camo using snakebite leather with black lining.
most of the tracks in my army were undercoated with scorched earth, then a heavy drybrush of tin bitz, followed by a medium drybrush of boltgun metal, and lastly a light drybrush of mithril silver.
points wise if i run them with no doctrines about 2000 points minus the hellhammer. if i deck them out im sitting at well over 3000 points.
i normally use the following armored company doctines ace gunners (never ever leave home without it) techpriest enginseers (if im using the hellhammer) ace sponson gunners forge crafted (well worth the points) anti tank shells (nothing like having a wepon wich is effectively a 72" melta gun)
if you are playing who isnt familliar with the armored company doctines be sure you have the printed pdf or people are going to scream cheese........

Yeah, Tanith is preffy far away, you would need long arms.
I really like the Tank Company, which doctrines have you taken? or are you using apocalypse rules?

I think so. But as mentioned in another thread, a cavalry regiment would be even sweeter.

a cav regiment would be sweet but it would be very fragile ... and would get stomped by an armored column, however it would be on of the "fast armies" of 40k

The battle where the Polish cavalry engaged German Panzers goes down in History as the day Calvalry were TRULY obsolete in warfare. I can see how: In 3 hours, over 30 000 Polish casualties, with minimal German Losses. But dont quote me on those numbes, I only heard them from one source

That's a LOT of tanks! They look nice all together on the tabletop. The color choice is pretty solid overall. I especially like the hellhound + russes.
