When im sitting here gluing along, I have a grand old time. Untill i get to the arms. I try to glue the arms, But the shoulder pad wont allow for a seamless glue, leaving gaps between the arm and torso. Is there any way to avoid this?

I don't know which arms you are talking about but green stuff will probably do the job

You only get gaps if you mix the arms up or if you postion them in a way they weren't intended to go in which case use GS.

If you don't have green stuff premixed Bondo works well for filling in gaps as well. Not to mention that it is also cheaper.

If I understand correctly you're making cadians. And you're worried about a gap between the shoulder pads and the torso. I guess that this supposed to be there, meaning that the shoulder pads on cadians are a little ofset anyway. Because part of the shoulder by the neck is covered by the carapace armour, there is then a small gap where there is just standard clothing and then the pad begins.
