Hi everyone, Recently I have started an Imperial Fists army, which involves the now discontinued yellow ink. However looking at the new Foundation Wash range I can't tell if any of them are yellow inks. :'(If anyone has the washes, would appreciate if I could find out what shades are what as most of the names are ambigiues. Thanks, Karskin

Well, of what I have read so far, Sepia Ink and Devlan Mud are the way to go. You can check the work of this guy and adapt something form it (that's what I'll do in a distant future ) www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.php?showtopic=140128&st=25scroll down a bit and you'll find his tutorial on that guy. Cheers!

Nice tutorial, he followed roughly the same steps as me but with foundation paints. I've think Devlan Mud is like Brown Ink though i'm still unsure about the Sepia shade. Thought's on this anyone?

Sepia is mustard-like yellow, probably the closer thing you'll get to replace the old yellow ink. I've tryed some of the new washes and they work..... special I mean, you can achieve a pretty good effect with them, but they are clearly different than the old inks. In any case, you should try them on a couple test models before going over your precious Fists

The only other thing that you can do to achive the inks it to thin the yellow as much as you can try a 4:1 ratio of water to paint and see if that gets you the same effects.
