I thought I'd face Witch Hunters but he came to my home with Chaos SM... Capture and control---Spea.(table quarters) I'm not very good at recap so I'll go in a few words and some pictures. What I can tell ya folks is...Victory! Yeah he killed all my 30 conscripts with his Terminators but the conscripts earned a medals: they got 1 of them terminators before beeing erased when they got caught after fleeing(I dont remember the right words in english...) After turn 5 he only had his big tank(land raider of chaos?) and a hero of some sort(I dont know his army very well...) But that guy died anyway and that ended the game before turn 7! I lost 30 conscripts, a couple of squad and my demolisher... ALL OF HIS MODELS BUT THE BIG TANK WERE ERASED!! My 3rd game in life since I switch to 40 K! (1 lost then 1 divided against eldars and now this loud and clear victory)

Thanks men of the imperium! The statue is nothing spécial. It is a souvenir from Split, Croatia where I was on leave during my mission in Bosnia. I have a picture of myself standing beside the real statue over there and it is as big as it is in scale where you see guards near it. It's that big. For the game, beeing a newcommer to 40 k in a league where I almost always loose in fantasy Warhammer, the guys see me as an easy target. But they will face the might of the Imperial guard. First game: lost against space marines. Second game: tie against Eldar and now this sweeping victory against Chaos Space Marines !! How sweet!

I'm loving your army, mate. Real nice.
Those conscipts look a tad scared walking towards those terminators.

Death to the traitors! I just finished reading Storm of Iron, so seeing Chaos getting their teeth kicked in by Guard makes me smile. Good show. The Emperor is proud.

Good match. In the future if you write up a whole battle rep. it can be easier to give advice and regale some of the good moments. From what I see in the pics though you might try making better use of buildings. COVER IS GUARD'S FRIEND. Hide everything you have in cover, tanks, troops, artillery. Everything. In the fith picture down I see a lot of guardsmen standing in the street staring down a bunch of termies and a land raider while there is a perfectly ruined and empty building right next to them. But, all in all, good win and I'm happy to hear you erased the Son's of Horus!

Bravo and good show there, chap! Keep up the good work, and continue to obliterate the foul bastards of chaos! I also like the statue, and wish I could get one for my local gaming table.
Also, kudos to you for having a fully painted army. painted always wins as mentioned above!
