Ok, so I need help on how to convert guards men into the clones and innovators......any Ideas?
Im planning to give the clones tau pulse rifles and vets gauss rifle-based wepons [not sure how yet....maybe Innovators can be vet Srgts.......or Jr HQ's........]

just so we're all clear, do you plan to do this for a modeling project or are you actually planning on using the profiles for these weapons in your army?
if your planing on playing some games with this army, how many points do you pay for a clone with a pulse riflle and what are his stats?

more or less, im gonna say the clones with pulse rifles are grenediers or guardsmen with carapace, sharpshooters and droptroops grenediers:normal costs Guards men +doctrines: 9/model as for the conversion method......im relativly new to the whole thing....this would be the first real converion project ill take. (only other projects are things like replacing cauldron of blood's with's dagger with a cut-off las pistol, and thats about it... ) But then agian....I might say they are S4 AP6 lasguns.....or something like that.....I have no clue...............

I'll see about using thier own stats....It'll take me afew days though.....with homework and all..... Edit: I made a stat for a clone trooper: WS BS S T W I A Ld Sv Cst 3.....3..3.3 1 4 1...7..5+ ? pts/model -wargear- pulse rifle light necronian armor -Abilities- Necronian Armour: If a trooper suffers an unsaved wound, roll a D6, on a roll of 5+, ignore the wound. Assume the armour repaired itself before the impact harmed the wearer. This does not extend to instant Death. -Upgrades- frags/kraks:normal costs Standard Necronian armour (improves save to 4+ 6+ and retains necronian armour rule):+3pts/Model

here's the innovators, i decided to make them a heavy support unit:
Innovator- Ws Bs S T W..I A Ld Sv.. Cst ..2...5..3.3(4).2.1.10.2+5+ 11pts/model
+Wargear -Ion Cannon -Heavy Necronian Carapace -Minor fortification builder drones (2pts/use)
+Upgrades -Tank Hunters +2pts/modl -Railgun (unit will lose Slow and Purpousful ability) -Deep Strike 1pt/model
+Abilities -Necronian carapace:same as We Will Be Back rule -Inspiring:most clones never see an innovator, and seeing them may cause a massive moral boost, because of this; leadership spreads 6+3D6" -Due to all thier wargear and minor tools, Innovators have the Slow And Purpousful rule -Fortification builder Drones: Allowes an innovator squad that has not moved to improve a cover save +2, and confers a 5+ save in open ground (must be declared before opponent's shooting phase)
As you can probably see, Im planning to field these guys, but also I ned them to work with a normal guardsman list...

Yea....also allowing us to field Armour-onnly lists so what should it be? im have a good idea with the clones, bt the innovators.... (The thing is, they are not heavy wepons, just guys with a compact version of the Ion cannon....not the large base cannon.......)
