I know that guardsmen (or whoever) inside a Chimera can fire from the lasguns on the hull so long as it moved 6" or less. Does this mean that they can all 6 shoot at 1 target regardless of them being 3 and 3 on opposite sides of the tank? If not, can only 3 shoot at one target? Or can 3 shoot at one target, and 3 at another?
Also, I've seen the term "MEQ" tossed around these boards. WHat is it?

The lasguns can shoot at a different target so long as they have LOS as per the rule book. If they can all see the target they can shoot it.
MEQ = Marine equivilent

I know they can shoot at a different target than the Chimera itself. But can only 3 shoot? Can all 6 shoot? Do they have 360 degree arcs or just 180? If 180, can only 3 shoot as the other 3 won't have LOS? Can they shoot at a different target or are they just screwed out of their shots?

the weapons are hull mounted and as per the 5th ed rules on page 58may fire on a 45 degree arc.
I arrived at this by looking at the vehicle entry. Lasgun are hull mounted. Page 58 states that hull mount weapons have a 45 degree arc of fire.
The number of shots is going to be determined by the LOS. So you might be able to get all 6 shots , but it is highly doubtful at this point in the rules.
May have to wait until out codex comes out.
