I just noticed you even shaded the fingers. Very good. Out of curiosity, what brush do you use?

3 different kinds: At first, I was like Winsor & Newton University Series 00 and 2, which were good, but I hooked the tips by accident. Then I was like, Pro Arte Renaissance Sable 0 and 1, which were sable, but too long. Now I'm like, Pro Arte Miniature Painting 0/2, which is f*****g amazing and only about £3. Supreme value. Better than the sable which were like £4-5 each. I can't find them on google - the guy at the shop told me he'd only just got them in. I think they're pretty new... I'll take a pic tomorrow...

So you can hook brushes on purpose? Tips on avoiding this? I was thinking of picking up a reaper short hair sable at my local game store, but they sell out before I get funds.

I left them juuuust touching something by the tip, and only for 5 minutes... I came back, noticed and swore excessively.
honestly, if you can get hold of a Pro Arte Miniature Painting brush, buy it - they're amazing. They're so sharp, and not very bendy so you can get pin-sharp lines. I'll put up a pic tomorrow so you know what you're looking for - they're pretty distinctively shaped...

Yeah, I would like a break from bendy right now if at all possible.

I was thinking of leaving it off - Capes are really hard to do, and it would obscure a lot of the detail on the back.... what do you think?

Paint it and be able to put it on in case you like it. Fabric pieces are one of my favourite, but you may not like them
