This is from waaaaaaay back (page 1!), but if you don't mind me asking, how did you do the bone on his face? I have loooooads of trouble painting bone :/

Ummm undercoat in pure skull white, then wash with many layers of ogryn flesh and badab black (until it looks how you want) Apply washes in lots of thin layers, not one soaking wash. About 1:3 badabblack:ogrynflesh washes ratio. That's how I did the bone on the face. If you want the look of the skulls - they had a quick layer of bleached bone over the skull white before I gave them two or three very heavy washes. Hope that helps

my only negative comments it that uncle fester clearly lost a few pounds and then got murked off by a daemon Amazing paintjob so far, can't wait to see the finished product That sword is next level (Whats with the eerie blue light? Do you live in a UFO hotspot?)
