post a picture, and description of the steps you take and what you use to do it (could be some of the glue or paints you use)

If you really want to keep them from warping, glue them to hard board. Also, keep in mind that most super glues and spraypaints will desolve the styrofoam. Without any more information, I can't really give you much help.

Foamboard will warp, it's got foam between the two sheets of cardboard which has no resistance to torsion.
I mount my stuff on cake bases, they're easy to get hold of, cheap and they're mad of mdf, so no warping, well, very very little - lol
