Horray! I've always like the empire (similar to the ig in more than one way), the great swords look great (I'm a regular comedian)!

I have a grudge against Fantasy, but I can't help myself...
Plastic Greatswords is the best thing sice plastic Pistoliers, which was the best thing since sliced bread.

sif anyone would pay $69 for 10 men... thats worse than space marines. the archers look absolutely awesome, and 107 components = happy natty. although i will make mine as archers, i think they would be ok for trenchcoated guardsmen.

Snotlings must be better than Chaos. After all, they've created the universe. In the beginning, there was... green. On-topic, the new Archers look gorgeous too. If there was one thing I NEVER thought GW would remake, it's Archers... But they did give us new Ratlings too so I guess I should let the old Black Knight grudge rest in peace.

i think that the greatswords would be a typo, maybe the prices of the greatswords and the empire book were switched, because other elites like temple guard, black orcs and grave guard are all $40 so yeah.
man i am so digging those archers, they make my nipples hard.

I almost feel bad for making this my first post, but not bad enough to reconsider. I like the dude on the archer box on the left. "Uh, guys, I know we are supposed to be shooting those dudes down the hill and all, but check out what I did!"

I call it "shooting ducks". For every 1 you roll to hit, you hit a duck in the air. Or if it's city fighting, you roll on how many old ladies in apartments you kill. Makes missing more enjoyable! Nothing like having 10 handgunners roll seven 1's, and imagining the sergeant ordering them to take aim at the enemy, but in the last second before fire he sees a duck in the air and shouts "DUCK!" at his troops who, like one man, turns around and shoots it down. ^^

"Pheasant anyone?" lol
I've had a thing for empire soldiers, because their torso's are the same size as an IG, so they make for interesting combinations, like the classic flagellant=penal legion. I like it!

Nope, Dwarves =Squats... But they don't exist anymore If you mean Skaven? then again, no, The only equivalent thats anywhere near close enough is a Hrud, and thatsonly through a picture in one of the rulebooks a whileback. The Nids don't have a fantasy version.

No fantasy equal to Nids? I read someone suggest Lizardmen once. Some units look similar and they both serve a mysterious power and they both grow their warriors for different tasks.

nope. Well, I don't see a connection, as if you think about it, the Lizardmen were created by the Old Ones, whereas popular belief with the Nids is that they were created by a C'Tan... Not sure they would like each other much
