So im sure everyone knows about the 7 different variants we get now, and although its great, where are we going to get the turret heads for all the variants? Forgeworld....i dont feel like paying that kinda money.
i have heard rumors that the 2nd wave will have the new Leman Russ with new Sprues for the Tank Variants. Can anyone confirm this or have anyone of you heard about it?
same goes for the rest of our newfound Tanks.

I heard they're releasing some of the LR variants after Planetstrike, which is end of June/early July. You may as well start converting.

I think I will wait. Mainly because I have a feeling they will be releasing the variant I want first. The Vanquisher.
But I guess I will have to convert the Exterminator that I want. But it can wait for awhile.

I already have an Exterminator turret converted. And an Annihilator... but they didn't show up in the new codex...

Punisher - stormlord turrent (well half of it) can make 2 punisher guns with one stormlord gun.... it has a nice gatling gun look to it. Everythings pretty easy to convert except that giant plasma cannon.... there isn't a plasmacannon anywhere near big enough

Take two SM Plasma Cannon, trim off the bottoms, and glue them together. It'll be about three times as big as the Plasma Cannon on our Sponsons, and it'll look much better than what I've seen of the plans for GW's Executioner.

Plasma are my favorite for Demolishers, but pretty much any of them will work. The only ones I really don't like are the Multi-Meltas, since you have to be sitting still within 12" of the enemy to make the best use of them.

Realistically, you'd only want multi-melta sponsons on a Demolisher if your target absolutely, positively cannot live to see the next turn, and is a Land Raider or Monolith (I'm not counting Super-Heavies here, but they'd be up there on the list of things you'd want to field such a Demolisher against).

are demolishers worth the points in an average 1500 point game?

Oh, yes. I think the Demolisher is a contender for best overall Russ variant. It's very hard to go wrong with taking one at any Points Level.

with the new Hellhound and Demolisher tank kits (Demo is also Execut and Punisher) it is safe for me to say that there is 4 kits in total (not including chimera)
Hellhound kit: Hellhound, Banewolf, and Devil Dog Demolisher Kit: Demolisher, Executioner, Punisher Leman Russ Kit: LRBT, Exterminator, Vanquisher, Eradicator Basilisk Kit: Basilisk, Hydra?, Medusa, (and one more....again don't know name)

panzerkrieg im pretty sure it goes like this.
Hellhound kit: Hellhound, Banewolf, and Devil Dog Demolisher Kit: Demolisher, Executioner, Punisher Leman Russ Kit: LRBT, Exterminator, Vanquisher, Eradicator Basilisk Kit: Basilisk, Griffen, Medusa, Collosis
Then later a chimera kit is coming out and it has: Hydra, chimera and all the chimeras weapon options so turret heavy bolter and heavy flamer.
