Remember, there's a turn over time of about 4 years between rule sets.
Basically it's to "refine" the rules.

6th edition hasn't even been considered yet?!?! 5th edition was released 2 years early because 4th edition just wasn't working and the game needed help with things like people standing in plain sight in area terrain 4" away from the enemy but still getting a cover save! 5th edition is pretty much it for a while guys

Yeah... 5th ed snuck-up on me. I don't want to see a new rule book until at least 2011.

i suppose its a real apocalypse possibility, especially if there are plastic anti-aircraft weapons like the hydra etc., and remember when the valk came out there was so little to tell it from a forgeworld one in the photo's, it could all be true, though i don't think it will be this year there are not enough gaps in the schedule for such a mega release to get its full sales potential and with a hefty price tag it may not be released till people have a bit more coin to blow on plastic Tat.

GW are always changing release times but from what I've been told its still on the cards for this year, personally I'm predicting pictures in the planetstrike rule book.
The apoc rule books also speak volumes with the data sheets, every popular army is gonna get an apoc release at some point GW don't expect us all to shop at forgeworld. I've heard talk (when I say talk I mean GW people who know GW people at notts) that the tau orche (SP) drop ship, a super heavy eldar grav tank, war hound titan (as mentioned above), and various large nid creatures are all the cards for the future.
