I like the shortened grenade launcher, reminds me of the sticky bomb launcher from TF2

like the way you've drilled out the ammo barrel on the grenade launcher, and the barrel, the minesweeper is a really good idea, like the way your breaking up the look of your guys with custom ones very impressed

Thanks very much guys! ;D I think I may be a contender for the laziest painter ever. It's taken me about four months to paint a sentinel and a squad . Anyway, finally, an update. In case you were wondering, all the symbols are free-hand. I have a thing against transfers, they don't like me. I don't know why these models are so shiney. They're not like that in real life. The one on the right is meant to be placing a bayonet on his gun. Not sure whether I got that across though. There are some repeated ones in here because I forgot which ones I'd already taken. C&C please. Especially on the Sentinel, I don't really like painting vehicles, and I need some advice before I tackle the other two.

They look excellent, you've really brought them to life. I've had a good look at the sentinel and in all honesty, can't make any suggestions, it looks really good.

Those are quite well painted, HappyOrange. I like the little touches of detail like sun shades or bandana's keep it up

I was about to say the same, the bandanas and such make them seem like individuals, instead of faceless masses

Good stuff! Really like the sentinel, details like the bulletholes makes it interesting and the red and yellow is adding a bit of colour. Thumbs up =)

Very nice, you shouldnt worry about painting vehicles as the Sentinel is ace. Maybe a bit of color on the flamer, just the casing and pick out raised bits in metallics. Apart from that, looking forwad to seeing more pics. Keep it up.

These are brilliant! That's some awesome freehand on the sent, and the troopers are pretty exceptionally painted too. Nice job with the helmets - gives your troops a really different look without (hopefully!) requiring too much work ;D Ace job

I'm a little upset that I missed these when you posted them. I like the minesweeper. He should be able to find mines and stuff in PS.

Look good individually and great as a group! The minesweeper is really ingenious . The little details really add to the mini and again, make it look really good . Ninjastone P.S Mind if I copy your minesweeper idea?

Awesome engineers! But c'moon, the guys are living minesweepers themselves, you desperately need some guy(s) with prosthetic leg(s).

"But sir, where's our mine detection equipment? We weren't even issued auspecies?" "Your feet will find the mines just as well as any gear, if not better. Get to it soldier! For the Emperor!"

Yep, the sweeper doesn't even work, magnetic boots are much more efficient. Thank you everyone for your wonderful words! And sorry for my late reply, my internet has been playing up for the past few days, but it's great to come back and find all these lovely compliments! ;D I will definitely take in the advice some of you have given. The Guardsmen- Pretty soon, I've got a chimera in a box, just waiting to be assembled! @ninjastone- not at all I guess I've got to post something substantial. These ones are about to be undercoated.

I like the space smurf HK missile, and while the poses are good, the foot on the rock looks a little odd. Maybe if the toes were more on the rock, instead of just the center of the foot? Just a thought.

Hey HappyOrange! Do you mind if I ask what you're using to do the 'dirt' part of your bases? It looks really nice and I'm currently reconsidering how I make my desert bases ;D

Thanks guys. tankshock- Thanks for your comment. I was wondering about that foot too. Even without the camera angle, the left 'toe' seems to hang in mid-air a bit too much, I'll probably change it. Scarper- No problem at all. It differs depending what I've got on hand. It's either bird sand, found in pet stores, or that white sand you sometime find in candle pot thingies.
