Awsome! That is way better than anything I would be able to make.
How do you make those sand bags? I have always wondered how to do that...

As soon as I have time for it, I will post more details to how I make my forests. For now: Gen. Slade: Sand bags bought at a hobby store. Plastics kits of tanks, warplane etc...TAMYA sells small kits of all sorts...One with enough sandbags to make two of these. For approx 5$ US. 6 or 7 CDN $. @machine gun kelly: Rocks: Few years ago, bought myself WOODLAND SCENICS molds of rocks. I use plaster of paris. It's done in 5 minutes. Unmold and let harden for a day...But you could use the Pink styrofoam for house insulation, carv any size of rock in it then sand paper it to the shape you want...

What were those molds made from? were they made from silicone or plaster or what? I am interested in makeing moulds, because I am working on a new miniatures game right now that is based in the 1800's.

These are great. I love that first picture: It makes me feel like I'm actually in that forest.
A tutorial would be excellent. I've been looking to expand my terrain collection.

are those leaves on the trees from a model train line? not sure about the sizes if they'll fit 25mm scale, they just looked familiar.

Trees: Leaves: I'm lucky, at work I came across a packaging material for army stuff. It looks like tangled branches...When glued to my home made tree trunks I lightly spray them with light gray (Tremclad primer) and some olive drab. Then when dry, I spray those tangled branches with spray glue you find in hardware stores. As soon as I put hte can aside, I simply throw STATIC GRASS on them. Looks like Pine trees...Anyway that's my method! (When I make another one of these, I will make a tutorial where all the material used will be taken in pictures too.)

The first few shots I saw of your forests almost looked lifelike. Your terrain is unbelievably good! Awesome work!
