Looks great man. I'm sure one of the Cadians is sticking his fingers up at someone behind him. Couldn't tell you where snouts now though
Like the halberds. I about to start making a veterans unit and was going to give the sergeant a power spear and was thinking of using the grey knight halberd

are you intending on converting those jetbikes further? at the moment they look rather eldar-ly (is that even a word?)
My suggestion would be to file off the gem stones and remove those clearly eldarlike-sidewings with a more straight design, like on the valkyrie. I don't know the stats of the eldar guns but i would also see if there's an imperial gun with the same stats and replace that for it. maybe even try to sculpt a vostroyan coat on the riders? I'm curious where this leads to!

Im liking the thought that a year of painting practice can produce such incredible minis. .. I noticed after looking at your previously posted minis... seeing the first fairly mediocre models to your incredibly skilled new models that your now posting. .. im impressed. .. you have a very good talent for bold highlights which look almost neon ... something which I envy...
