Interesting. Well, either way I'm glad the various patterns are available to everyone.

I would imagine, Tallarn would be the next to go into production. They would only need 2 plastic sets as the heavy weapons are made by Forge World. Thinking about it, plastic Tallarn troops would be in both GW and FW's interests. I alway wondered why FW would just make Tallarn heavy weapons.
Mordians/Preatorians could also be a possibility as plastic sets as it would be two armies in one.
Probably never happen though.

I really just want plastic long-coat guardsmen, I don't care whether they are DKoK, Steel Legion, or Valhallans. In the case of the latter, they'd get pig iron heads anyway. Only then will I start adding regular infantry platoons to my current all veteran/allies army.

I'd love to see Plastic Mordians honestly, they look like old German era officer cadets, i'd love to have a Mordian army painted in full dress style.

Fluff is a little unbelieveable, but still the models are cool. Of course, there'd be 40,000 USMC dress blues style guard armies, but I still want (becuase mine would be one of them)

I third the thinking of the Mordian Iron Guard, I NEED JACK BOOTS IN PLASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyyyyyyyyy way, GW could make Mordian and Praetorian upgrade packs I suppose, like the Templar smurfs, but that might get rid of the mordians jack boots.

People mention that plastic Death Korps would sell. I think they will never be made in plastic because Forge World Death Korps are more expensive than plastics would be.
And, of course, GW can't fill everyone's demands.

An old friend turned up at my club after about a decade of being away in the army. After a lot of introductions, he went away, and came back with his old IG - fully painted Mordian Iron Guard, resplendent in bright blue.
Brought a tear to the eye, and a great deal of "What the hell are they?!" from the young bloods.

I have a friend who has done a battle scene of praetorian guardsmen in firing lines against a horde of ork's at Rork's Drift.
I'd paint my Mordians in Grey Uniforms with khaki trim.

I really would like to make mordian mortars. I would paint them white with gold.
Artillery of the old armies had a tendencie to think themselves better than the footsloggers so I think it would be fun and fitting. And a really nice squad.

Mordians!!!!! My favorite regiment!!!!
But to be honest, I think that I might rather see a an old metal cadian army in plastic. They look much more like a real army, what with their jackets and especially helmats. But the fact that they dont have giant metal shoulder pads (they have little thin ones) make them look much more realistic.

Personally, out of Steel Legion and Valhallans, if GW had to choose between the two, I think they'd go for Valhallans. I see many more Valhallan armies than Steel Legion and also lots of armies that are predominantly Cadian with some Valhallan models. If GW brought them out in plastic, it would give these people a chance to finally make a complete Valhallan army.

Well Steel Legion are in essence duplicates of DKoK, or vice versa. So yeah, I would say Valhallan too.

Not really. Their entire military ethos if different, they fight in a completely different fashion, and the models are actually quite different.

One has a point on their helmet. Crap, I knew there was a difference. And I'm asking you, if you were a old grandmother, and your grandchild asked you for DkoK and you saw Steel legion, would you get them instead?

If I ased for warhammer my grandma (bless her soul) would probably get me a coloring book or an etch-a-sketch instead.
