Exactly! With a hundred fat Cadians and Commander Chenkov you can conquer the galaxy in a wave of farty madness.
Chenkov will be at the back shooting them for being too fat, lazy or because he just likes it.
Edit (oct 2nd) - The cover of the new SW codex cracks me up! There is a Wolf Guard with a wolf head mounted on his backpack. He appears to have positioned the head so that every time he looks up, he scatches his forehead on the fangs. What a way to cure the itch.

Chenkov's shots wouldn't make it through the fat
Maybe the wolf guard pushes the wolf head back before he raises his head?

Heh, the fact that there are scars on his head right where the fangs would go don't help...
But looking at it I'd say there's probably enough room under there for him to look up, it just looks closer as he's pithcing forwards.

I also expected to see more about skaven in the october issue. It wasn't until going to the pre-orders on the website that I saw the new doomwheel, which I had wanted to see since I heard it was coming back. In that sense it was disappointing.

Well I suppose the next issue will be dedicated to Skaven. I like the new Clanrats. They look a lot 'rattier' than the older ones. Skaven are appealing just because you can out-horde an Empire army, and still have strong magic, or some poisoned globadiers or jezzails.

Fat Cadians... more width for the human shield. There's that old metal cadian model - the fat sergeant with the shotgun. I've got him lying around, somewhere.

I have it, but he's a platoon commander, not a line trooper. I also have 23 of the limited edition Cadians that came out for some Game Day ages ago. The one that featured in the last codex. You know the metal Cadian standing at attention with the lasgun next to him (the page that showed all the pretty colours you can paint Cadians).

I have one of those as well. Paid £5 for him, but so worth it.

Skaven excite me. I have 750pts give or take of the wee ratties would like to take them up to 1000pts. Skaven with lasguns would make a fun guard army......

I have one of those as well. Paid £5 for him, but so worth it. I was lucky GW oxford street Plaza were clearing away the remnants, so I bought all of them. I think it was 2 or 3 per blister. *glee* seed. The new skaven clanrats look very nice.
