Hey Aco, can you take only 3 Death wingers in a squad?

No, it's five per squad, with no option for either three or ten.
I think he means three normal termies, one assault cannon guy, and the sergeant.
It all comes down to the placement of those first three squads. For those who don't know, the deathwing gets to teleport half their termies first turn. The current drop pod rules were stolen from this.

To be fair, it is a different codex. And I thought it was three per squad the way it's written, too.

Looking at the DA codex now. They can only take 5 man, and the points values are 5 man squads with one heavy in each.
"No chainfists!" shouted Captain Belial, over the loud explosions of anti-matter, as the Dark Eldar pounded their position with multiple dark lance strikes. Brother Amrazzion was on his knees, a large hole blown clean through his torso. "For the Lion!" shouted Brother Judas Iscariot, running deftly to the back of the lines. "We have no chainfists" repeated Belial. A loud explosion went off next to Belial, and he flinched as rock dust richocheted off his bulky Terminator plate. "Repeat! We have no chainfists." shouted Belial into his helmet mic. He could hear nothing but static.
