Looks like Axis and Allies but with cards.

Dunno, it could go either way. I played "Chaos in the Old World" the other day, which is essentially what you would get if Risk and Warhammer Fantasy had a bastard lovechild. It was pretty fun, actually, so there might be hope yet.

It looks like it could be a good game, but it really depends on how in depth it goes, and how well the game mechanics work.
I've seen some great boardgames in that price range...and others that...well...yeah.
