The entry makes little to no sense:
"If the Wych Succubus leading the squad has a combat drug dispenser then its effects only apply to them and replace the effects of the squad's own evil concoctions."
Does this mean:
A. The Wych Succubus and the wyches drugs are seperate, i.e. choose the succubus' drugs and roll for the wyches? This creates a huge problem if one or the other gets the 12" assault.
B. The Wych Succubus chooses which drugs it uses and the entire squad gets the drug (makes more sense, but doesn't fit what the text says exactly)
C. Something else I didn't think of.

A. is the correct answer...if you roll the 12 inch assault for the Wyches you best choose to use the 12 inch assault drug for the Succubus.
The succubus' drugs are not random, you always get to choose which ones she uses if you take combat drugs as wargear.

Yup. Which then gets dangerous really quickly if you choose a bunch of stuff, and then start rolling poorly. But then again, there's little point in having three drugs pumping through her in a normal game, save for fluff reasons. Or if you're just inherently ballsy.

Now say you are around 8 inches away from the enemy in the assault phase...at this point you kick on the succubus' 12 inch assault drug and drag the whole squad along at 2 inch coherency...defenders react, moving up to a full 6 inches to get into combat...and there you have it.
