What I like about the helmet on the base is, that with the French imagery that crops up with the sisters, it reminds me of walking through woods in France that were battlegrounds in WW1 and finding bits and pieces still there.

Dear Cosmic:
First of: Wow, your work is truly inspirational to say the least.
One question though, how did you do the foliage on her extended base? Especially those flowery thingies. Because it is damn impressive. Hope you don't mind me asking

Because it is damn impressive. Hope you don't mind me asking Thank you very much, Tago. The flowers are from Army Painter, I had them spare and thought they would look great with the sisters . And of course I don't mind you asking ask away anything! Emptyhat: That is perfect imagery

Well it's honestly what it reminded me of when I saw it. I only found some grenade bits though. We need to hook you up with a life size replica Soritas helmet, have you paint it and then abandon it in a French wood.

Update in the two hours I promise! EDITRighto, I have spent ages trying to figure out how to get the video I just shot of Celstine on the turntable working, but to no avail However, you can have this hastily taken picture of the Seraphim with the basecoated weapons.... Tomorrow I am home til 6pm, so it shall be a painting day! I plan to get the weapons finished, the last 3 loincloths done, and the backpacks. Then that will leave me with faces, hair and touch-ups Saturday and Sunday evenings and if all goes to plan I can be done by Monday next week!

By the looks of it the trick is not to use Youtube (unless you just link there). Just googled how to embed video into posts using proboards and it appears that youtube videos are not permitted as they violate TOS.

It's not that, it's the video itself, the camera files don't seem to be supported by the computer software. But thank you anyway

Here you go, Paimon..... The unexpected return of Ivorys Omega meant I had to stop the Sisters momentarily so I could fix it back up for him. But now I'm on a roll with these. The tops of the exhausts on the backpacks have been painted Gold, as the White was too monotone and I think the Gold tones them down nicely and bring them all together even more. They haven't been highlighted yet (apart from one) but that won't take long, then it's on to faces, hair, loincloths and some touch-ups.... Cosmic

Nice! I figured that priority went to the person who had been waiting for their thing in the mail. I'm glad that you got that all worked out.

I'm happier to see you being honest and upright in your dealings than I am to see my stuff done in place of someone else.
