Right then, This is a little bit of my work on the my Vostroyan Artillery army. So far i have the following: 1 command squad Squad of 10 men with Sgt and H/B team 2 Mortar teams, soon to be 3 2 snipers 5 Rattling snipers 3 Basilisks I'm would like to add the following: 3 squads of ten men with mortars 1 manticore I didn't get to photograph all of my work because the camera died  BUT i have some to pictures to show you guys and girls    [img src="http://i1082.photobucket.com/albums/j366/majordowner/SAM_0002-2. ![]() i1082.photobucket.com/albums/j366/majordowner/SAM_0004-1.jpg"]jpg[/IMG]      Please as always C&C because I'm going to need it! First of all Cadian 501st, Thank you very much, I thought he stood out to much to be on a normal stand so i made my own and he fits perfectly, One of my Favorite peices I have. AH hahaha Thank you Mr Cosmic sir Ive been pratcing my painting skills a lot atm and think its getting better  . I started collecting my Imperial guard when i was 16, im now 21, so ive been building this up for some time now. I cant wait to show you my Cadian army now hahaha Its pretty big |

Exellent work majordowner, I really liked the banner.
Just as a suggestion, you might want to tone down some of the metal a bit, and I only recently found this out but purity seals look great if you wash the parchment in Gryphone Sepia.
Superb work though!

I absolutely love the banner... fantastic is how I describe it... The sniper is good to... I think you just need to work on your metallics and you will be fine

Major,
I echo the suggestions above... some washes here and there will bring a lot of what you have going on into focus. The foundation is solid. Overall, these look excellent. I can't believe how great the rock bases are too. The warm colors you picked for the figs and the cool shale tones of the base make the minis pop right off the bases... really characterful and almost like looking at a John Blanche drawing (which I like.)

YEAH! Cosmic likes my Basillisks! The paint jobs ive given the tanks, really works together. Im so adding a manticore to this section of my Apocalypse army! It needs to be done! Im getting altot more washes this weekend to sort out the " shiney, shiney" ALSO! Thanks Cosmic Major Downer |

It's nice to see somebody painting up Vostroyans as I have always thought that the models had real character. The snipers area favorite that I need to pick up sometime. I like how you painted yours, it helps show off the dynamic pose.
One small criticism, you might want to change the vox operator's lasgun to have a wood stock like the sniper's. The metal stock looks a bit blingy to me, it kinda pulls attention away from the rest of the model.
Kudos on getting your army painted so fast, that's always been my achilles heel, always finding time to buy more and convert more, never making time to paint them all up.
