Time for some small updates. The raider gang has gotten some update in colurs. Now I just have to base them all.  A close up on their leader.  This lovely lady is a mercenary named Kitty.  |

This is the first time I've seen this, and can I just say, I really like this idea. I think I might just go out and model my own Fallout style character some time soon. Although I might end up fall into the trap of just buying the Necromunda Jericho (IIRC) model and lumping it  |

Rook is just about finished. I am sorry I had to turn you into a ghoul, but I hope the Rolex you got makes up for it. And for the record, painting small palm trees and setting suns on a shirt for a 28mm figure is not the most entertaining thing I´ve done. But the outcome was worth it. ..................... This is Rook. The owner and chef of "Rooks grub and gulp". His speciality is BBQ Rad scorpion meat. Rooks been around for a long time. It is said that he was around before the apocalypse and that when he was asked to buy a place in a vault, he said that he wouldn´t give up his freedom. It is also said he actually sat on his porch drinking some beer and smoking while watching the mushroom clouds. When the dust setttled he went inside and grabbed his shotgun "Scarlett" and prepared for a new life of total freedom. His "diner" is considered neutral ground where everyone are allowed to trade, eat and enjoy themselves.   |

Thank you Peter. When I first saw "officer nick" I realised it was Rook in a fallout setting. The problem was just figuring out just how to do it. For quite some time I actually considered modelling an oven mitten on his belt. But in the end it had to go.
The SIG is in the hip holster.

Remember back when you were a kid and it was the day before your birthday? You tried to stay on your best behavior hoping that you would get the greatest gift of all time. Sure you asked for a bike or a guitar or maybe a puppy.
But there were those rare birthdays, the days you look back on and almost cry remembering the state of utter bliss you were in because of a perfectly well intentioned gift you didn't even know existed!
Today is one of those days. I just may cry.

@chem: Well he do have a scorpion hunting fetisch already. I just decided to have some fun with it. And besides scorpion hunting in Fallout is a quite interesting scenario.

Thank you 3ff3ct. It was a nightmare and I bought a new super small brush for it. But the outcome made it worth it. Besides Rook deserved a nice shirt. I think the only thing missing from the Rook mini is that he needs to be accompanied by a scorpion. Giving him a pet scorpion called Scarlett might just come out a bit wrong. So I gave him a shotgun named Scarlett instead. |

Ya know as a HUGE fan of fallout I am rather sad I have not seen any NCR Rangers yet! Love those guys I guess Gouls are going to be guardsmen and zombie parts? |

I am not sure if it is ordinary troopers or scouts. I traded them with Ymmot. dwi: I guess the rangers have to pop up sometime, but they are way down on my to do list. Mainly because the NCR presence are from the more home defense kind of units, rather than frontline. The ghouls will have to be two fold. Zombie head on some kind of body will work for the civilized ghouls. but the ferals it will be necessary to find some other models. |
