Aaaaarrrgh. 12 of the feet-elevated press-ups and my arms ache like a New Orleans whóre during Mardi Gras. Must remember to do some more later today.

Yup. Done another 12, but the hurt has dissipated like morning mist. Either I am getting lighter or my muscles are significantly stronger. Final set will be raised again, then followed by girl presses until my arms literally can not move anything heavier than a mouse.

It's likely that you're beefin up faster than you realise, going from nothing to regular excercise can be pretty fantastic. At least that's what happened to me.
Well, haven't been able to excercise much or get into martial arts due to unplanned illness and hospital visits, but trying to keep the important stuff topped up at least.

Crap. Four days of good living and country air seems to have weakened me....then again, the sleep loss and poor diet probably doesn't help.
- Twelve elevated press ups, followed by twelve girl press-ups. GAAAAHHH MYYY ARMS.

GAAAAHHH MYYY ARMS. Dude, you have become a machine. Awesome. If I have off tomorrow I'm buying that tape measure to measure around my gut and arms. You know, constant vigilance.

Another twelve standard press-ups, followed by twelve lighter ones. I think the elevated ones are better, as it seems to really, really work my arms and not strain my back as much.
Also did twenty jump/pull ups (since I can't actually fully lift myself using only my biceps from my doorframe...angle's bad and my muscles aren't strong enough yes). Decent cardio and not bad exercise. Need to do twenty more now.
Edit 2: Can't without ripping my fingers off.
Edit 3: Did another 20. Don't know about biceps, but will certainly strengthen my fingers.

Apparently I've gained almost 15 kilos in muscles and bulk over the last few months. Wtf? I'm slightly more chunky, but it doesn't seem to be much fat increases at all in comparison.

Today I discovered that if I stand up straight, my height naturally pulls my stomach taut.
Awesome.

Today I discovered that if I stand up straight, my height naturally pulls my stomach taut. Awesome. Slouching always makes you look fat... When I get back from my death- er, I mean cadets camp, there will be weight loss. This stomach fat cannot best me!

Slouching always makes you look fat... At six foot six, it's sometimes the only way to get under doorframes.

Have any of your guys tried wall climbing..? RT if you are 6'6" then you must have pretty long arms and legs.. That is a good advantage in climbing.. And it is a good whole body workout.. But it does take up a fair deal of time, so i guess push-ups are faster.. Just a thought..

I'm also unemployed and living in the inner city, at the moment, so getting out climbing would prove difficult. I have, however, found a place to do pull-ups from (my apartment's fire escape), so that should help balance out my biceps a bit better.
- Ah, wait, wall climbing? Sort of like parkour? Could be very interesting indeed.
Anyway, today - 14 elevated press-ups! Made the jump straight from 12 to 14. I think the sun and exercise have helped, as well as the general improvement of my diet. Will do another set in of 12-14 in the next few hours and then one more before dinner.

Well core and legs are over 60% of your muscle mass.. Not training those would be stupid since they help the body produce mass, gives you fitness, and help you keep in shape much more than just arms and upper torso..
That place looks great ER..! We/I only have a series of vertical walls (kinda the diffinition of a wall i guess:D) but nothing with those kind a inclines.. (Not sure if that is the right word i use here)

Another 12 elevated pres-ups done, hardly any lingering strain on the muscles despite only being able to manage 12. Must push harder on the third set.
16 crunches done, and my abdominal muscles hurt quite badly. Could have done more, but instead will do another set of 16-20. Holding the crunch in a position where it strains the abdomen muscles seems to really work them quite hard.

AAAAAARRRGGGHH. That hurts my arms. A lot. 13 press-ups, then 13 of the lighter ones. Will do another set before dinner.
12 press ups from an elevated position were done. I could have done more, but I was weak and allowed my arms to give in. So, to push myself, I did 32 light press ups in rapid succession, pushing my arms into a state where I'm practically on an adrenal high from the exertion.
