i think it looks good! it's just another sand type of camouflage, and i think it will grow on you.i especially love the weathering, although the transfers could use some dirtying up. did you add thsese before or after the weathering?

Thanks. I add the decalcos after the weathering but I didn't "paint" matt varnish on them yet when I took the photo.
Some people adviced me to repaint the aim system cover and I must admit I may do it, probably in some stormvermin fur. It looks too much like a big lense and in fact it's not. What do you think ?

Definitely repaint the cover of the aiming system. Generally on modern AA vehicles the cover is just the same colour as the vehicle. Great work though, once you've varnished over the tanks they'll look even better

Thanks Cosmic. I dunno about the aim system cover, it's a good central point for such a colour. Need to think (and it's not the easiest part ^^). So let's show some new recruits. First of all Coteaz (I definitly need to repaint the face): And 2 new priests :

Coteaz looks great. Everything is painted very well and I dig the color schemes. Nice work!

A quick test to check if the colour scheme fit the stormtroopers minis : Only base layers and a wash was applied.

Great color scheme on the storm troopers. I'd give it a green light to move forward.

I almost finished the command squad of a stormtroopers platoon equiped with 4 salvo rifles. And 3 squads with two meltaguns. Special weapons and sergeants needed to be converted.

Nice cat!! Just had a proper look through this and really admire your work! Really think the grim dark stuff (priests, Inquisition bits) are impressive.

Silver Surfer, The desert scheme nicely matches your cat. Thanks for posting these pics!. All my IG vehicles use a very similar color scheme: commissar.proboards.com/thread/18072/pics-tourney-summary-tallarn-raiders However, your weathering is way better then mine! Would you mind giving a description of the steps you use for this new desert color scheme of yours (like you did for your old color scheme back on January 24th) I'm sure that would help me improve. Thanks! -Tallarn Commander

Looking good! The weathering is really well done, I have a tendancy to go overboard!

Looking good! The weathering is really well done, I have a tendancy to go overboard! Yes, it's difficult to adjust the amount of weathering to add. At the beginning, I did it very progressivly and added some paint, looked from away to the vehicule and added again some paint, etc. Now I'm better at it and it's less time-consuming. In one word : patience. Some reinforcment : Next step will be the use of pigments to add some depth to the metal parts and also some flows to the vertical parts and to simulate the speed of the flyer. First time, I will use pigments.

Very well done, especially the weathering; the decal work is great too, and you've improved since the 1st page images. Now you just need a howdah(spelling) to mount on the tiger Titan for apocalypse!

Brilliant vehicles; the taurox and vendetta are simply amazing. I think Macknight means mounting a harness on the cat (i.e. the tiger titan) and putting some infantry on the harness. Epic!
