exactly. Besides, even if they do try to run, we'll just catch them with our new tanks and transports and whatnot! Awesome, I can't wait until May!

Bombards are the most incredible artillery pieces known to man or beast. Scatter dice? What scatter- it's a seven-inch blast template.

Sev-seven inches? Seven inches? We wants one, or two...or ten!

Same profile as regular battlecannon, but with a seven inch template instead of a 5 inch. A truly magnificent piece for Apocalypse battles (Smurf killer), but wasted on smaller engagements.

Not quite the Bombard is Forge World, so it can be used in normal games.

May just be FW, but it's not worth the lost turn of shooting in a normal game. 2 Basilisks, or a Basilisk and a Griffon will do better.

So...it can shoot twice then not, then twice again, for a total of 5 shots?

No. It shoots, it reloads, it shoots. Once turn it shoots, one it reloads.

I like the "move 6" and fire all it's weapons" rule for tanks.
Looks like my bunker (Demolisher) is going mobile.

RUMOR ALERT! The next White Dwarf, supposedly out by tomorrow (Sat. 14) will be Guard-centered with a bunch of confirmed rumors. I'm going to my local-ish gamestore with some friends, so I'll be bringing back news!

Right. Well post them up as quickly as possible. Just did a recount of my infantry, I have 18 fully assembled guardsmen (Various stages of paint scheme switching), 23 semi-assembled models (With bases), 10-15 unassembled models scattered everywhere, 5 command models, 11 Kasrkins (4 of which are special weapons), 3 missile launchers (1 person), 1 autocannon (nearly done), 1 psyker (Other one is somewhere), and 1 scratch built commissar. Why did I do this? Just for giggles. Actually, do you think I should spring for another box of infantry before they put a stop to these delicious 20 man boxes?

Totally. you don't have nearly enough guardsmen, my friend. But they might not stop the 20 man box. A rumour recently had the squad size at 20 guys, but that's probably a lie or just a misconseption

Yeah, I remember having more, but I have this horrible curse of losing things and finding them years later. Like my battletech. Over a 100 bucks worth and I just found them after being misplaced for 5 years...

it would not really effect marines with there drop pods.. they just move until there not on anything. So i would not rule out having deep strike used against you

Just leave enough room for the Drop Pod to land just not enough room for the troops to deploy.
