I know, but GK's are too cool to only use against daemons...

Off the top of my head, Sisters of Battle getting a "Take It Down" order will make their meltas/multimeltas all the more useful.
"Fire on My Mark" to an Inquisitorial retinue with Heavy Bolters will be lethal against entrenched Eldar/Ork Lootas
"For The Honor Of Cadia" works well with a group of Seraphim joined by a jump-pack equipped Canonness.
I've been thinking of some evil things to do with DH/WH allies:
1. Astropath+ Callidus Assassin + Psyker Battle Choir= Use the Psykers' Weaken Resolve on X unit during a turn in which you're sure you'll be able to get reserves. The Astropath helps here. If the Callidus comes in, simply use its anti-Ld. Flamer template to instagib whatever's under it.
2. Fire on my Mark! + Vindicare Assassin= Pretty self-explanatory.
3. Psyker Battle Choir + Culexus Assassin= This is the big one, the one everyone has been talking about. With a fully-manned PBC within 12", the Culexus' Animus Speculum is now an 11-shot S5 AP1 firing at BS 5. If you double-up, now you've got 20 delicious shots at any squad. Much has been said of the drawback to the PBC squad's moral, but if you keep them at least 6.1" away, they won't have to take any Ld. Tests. They'll still be Ld. 7, but that's a small price to pay for such delicious cheddar.
4. Astropath+ "For The Honor Of Cadia" + Death Cult Assassins= Outflank and then hit them where they're weak, using the FtHoC to boost their attacking power.
5. Fire on my Mark! + Psycannon equipped Grey Knights Squad = This is for getting troublesome Daemons and other Invuln. troops out of cover.

Don't forget that Psycannons and Psycannon Bolts are two different things.
Psycannons are essentially the old assault cannons but ignore inv. saves.

...and Grey Knights DO have their own sorta-Dev-sqd: the Purgation Squad
Up to 4 Psycannons or 4 Incinerators, but they are at a different point value than the TR choice GK squad when in a Purgation Sqd.

I think thats g.y how we can't get unlimited range for having these massive radios.
I think the rule should be more like this vox caster unlimited range for orders.
And for the reroll it should be any one in 12 inch of the company comander or anyone with a vox caster as long as there a vox caster in the commanders squad can get a reroll to orders.
I would like to congradulate myself on advancing my rank of guardsmen
