...or doors. Looks like it's holding it open with it's CCWs ;D
Brave little zombie robot!
I don't like the look. The missiles look like they don't even fit on the body, looks like some cheap plastic toy I used to play with as a kid. They could have done something more creative to make it look beefy besides cutting chevron-shaped grooves into the armor and riveting a plate onto the crotch. Don't you know, it's the layered look!

Sorry men and woman of The Emperor if this has been brought up before but riddle me this, as we've seen GW are hiding new models in plain sight from us (plastic trygon apoc book, Planet strike terrian in 5th ed) so ive been trying to keep a keener eye out incase things are being showen, if any new guard codex owners would kindly turn to the back cover and look at Creed, hes inside a crater ive never seen before. could this be a small sample of the new BLASTSCAPE thats coming out? thoughts?

I've heard that the buildings were scratch-built. You can see that the tops are the same as the barricades on the ground level. Dare say there is going to be something - and those new barricades do look rather nice... I have to retract this statement - Just seen this! Click- WallsClick- Landing PadClick- Bastion

Good, finally they are releasing terrain I will actually buy. The landing pad goes first. Got to put the Valkyrie somewhere when it is on display in the house. After that the barricades (they are in the IG codex too by the way pg 81).

@shaun Carlin,
I don't know any-no-nothing 'bout anything, but, if I had to make a decision, that crater looks like it was molded in with the Rhino. I say, scratchbuilt.

I just hope that new terrain isn't like the crap they put out for Mordheim or Gorkamorka

Looking at the foc slots, it seems that it could be very unfair to the defender w/o any special considerations. Although if only compulsory choices are made it's a suicide mission for the attacker The defender will be able to purchase various defensive emplacements, like bunkers, automated weapon platforms, etc. The attacker at the very least can buy some pre-game bombardments and place down craters to use as cover on their advance. I think it will be fun! What the feck?! Shoulder mounted missile launchers? Assault launchers. Count as offensive/defensive grenades.

Dude, that post is almost a month old... I don't care if you do that, but other people don't like it. Just FYI.
Anyway, having some set point costs for stuff like tarantulas will be nice, and I never said it wouldn't be fun. This may be the first expansion I think I'll buy. ;D

The cardboard Bastion landing pad and Bunker still rank as my Fav terrain. In planet strike missions my old bastion will be at the heart of my base

That terrain is awesome. I bet it'd sit nicely in the middle of a ruined city... ;D

That terrain is pretty nice actually. Combine it with some of the other rubble and even the terrain sets available, and you'll have a really nice looking board.
