Not only is their no weapon with the stats that he posted, but I cant for the life of me work out how you can even get the 27 shots!
Any way... Idiots aside.
Genrally, i dont think poewer gaming is something you should refuse to play people for. Sure it may be dam hard to beat them, unless you find out their weak spot. once you worked out how to get around their huge wall of impenatrable death, you will find a pathetic waste of space.

Hatred is the holy emotion of the Emperor's Children. We hate the alien not for what they are, but because they are incapable of good, pure human hatred.

You try to tell a CSM player what gods are worshipped by what legions? "Brave but foolish" Emperor's Children are Slaanesh and have many Noise Marines World Eaters are Khorne and have many Berzerkers Death Guard is Nurgle and has many Plague Marines Thousand Sons are Tzeentch and made up entirely by Rubic Marines and sorcerors

Lunar Wovles-> Son's of Horus -> Black Legion, fell due to Horu's pride and ambition and because he was lured to the chaos by the highest chaplain of the Word Bearers.
Iron Warriors are an Chaos Undevided Titan Legion and responsible for the bombardment of Tallarn which turned the paradise world into the dersert we know. The World Eaters always wanted to get into the thickest hand to hand combat and were finally seduced by Horus. The Emperor's Children always enjoyed fighting to the limit and the pain they received in their traditional gladiator fights...

You want all 10 ok...
Black Legion: Followed Horus, who was lured to Chaos by the highest Chaplain of the Word Bearers Word Bearers: fanatics who wanted someone they could worship. But the Emperor didn't want worshippers he wanted soldiers. And so they followed their heighest Chaplain to the Chaos Alpha Legion & Iron Warriors: seduced by Horus to follow him The 4 Cult Legions: all four were seduced by Horus. Especially the World Eaters were impressed when Horus had beaten their primarch once. The Thousand Sons later split in two. The normal Thousand Sons led by Magnus the Red and the Thousand Sons under Ahriman with his legions of Rubic Marines Night Lords: were already suspect of thepre-heresy inquisition and the Emperor due to their terror attacks and gruesome battle doctrine, so they took their chance...

No your wrong about the Night Lords, they were betrayed by the Emperor. They weren't in the wrong.

Mabus I played them before and read most of their fluff. Night Haunter/Konrad Curze started with his terror warfare when he first set foot on Nostromo. He hunted down criminals and killed them in gruesome ways. His fellow marines adapted this later. Even if systems surrendered to them the slaughtered the leaders and placed the dead and horribly distorted corpses at public places. The Emperor was against that behavior and wanted them to stop acting like that. He thought that slaughtering those who surrendered shouldn't get killed just to spread horror among the populace. The betrayl you mean is nothing else than Night Haunters believe that Rogal Dorn was sent as an assassin by the Emperor to kill him and other of the Primarch. Night Haunter severly wounded Dorn in combat and was sent into his rooms. But before that happened the Night Lords already had problems with keeping the Imperial battle doctrine. Planets started killing all mutants and stopped all corruption and crime if there were only rumors about the Night Lords coming to the same sector.

Yeah, yeah, I've read "Lord of the Night" too. At the end of the day though they were still fighting for the Emperor and Imperium. They were still loyal to the Emperor at the Time Konrad was assasinated though. If the Emperor hadn't tried to take action against them, they would have stayed loyal. It was the Imperium's fault they lost their way.
Anywho, isn't killing mutants and stopping corruption a good thing? if more Chapters behaved like that the Imperium would be a better place.

Depends on if you're one of the corrupt And if the Night Lords suddenly jump in the system drop on the planet and kill everyone who doesn't fit their scheme (including you)...

Isn't that what the inquisition does now ? I'm sorry, but I find it hard to believe that an organisation that merrily virus-bombs planets that will prove to costly to actually fight for would get upset by the Night Lords using a little bit of 'Sturm und Drang' methods of warfare as long as they worked or was it more a case of Imperial stupidity?

There is a way to get a st 5 ap1 weapon in the ig army and its a rough rider with a hunting lance. As for power gamers the term is miss used far too much. People that take advantage of their codex cant be really called a power gamer as those units tend to be alot of points. A true power gamer is someone that exploits the rules to their advantage.
