@reddy/Twitch: Planking is rather boring but it is effective you feel some shoulder stress when you do them too. I do it on each side and the front for two minutes at a time. Spend a lot of time looking at the floor hahaha. Try to keep your feet as high as your torso so that you are essentially parallel to the floor.
Thanks for the incentive to kill more scorpions. I will be out every night now. Congrats on the ego boost as well, we all need those.

Well, that's not a regimen exactly, just a couple of the exercises from it I found more interesting than normal things. A handy resource to have, if you could get a hold of one, is the Army Pocket Physical Training Guide. I've read through mine, and it is pretty helpful. I plan to start on my training schedule this weekend.

Well, that's not a regimen exactly... I like the term 'regimen'. 'Workout' and 'exercise' are negative terms in my mind so I opt to use 'regimen' instead. Yes I'm strange, but I know what works for me. Rook=128 Scorps= Zero, but one of them just eluded me. Have to go out later and look for the bastard.

Our pitiful little scorpions aren't worth killing, then I would have to deal with the mess...when I find one in the house I just scoop it up with something and toss it out a window.

127 push -ups per night? That's good. Are you dividing them up into sets, or all in one go? sat- did two sets of 65 sit ups sun- did one set of 130 sit ups, and fornicateing felt it! I will probably stay with 130 sit ups per night for at least week before adding to my load. Those might be from Aussieland. So, I need to lose 3 inches off my waist before I can sign my enlistment papers, and go to MEPS. Then my career as an official member of the U.S. Army begins. I'm hoping to get at least one of my ROTC buddies to enlist as well, so I can be an E-3 before Basic.
Extra workouts starting tomorrow! Yeah!

You need to jump start your fat burning by cutting your carbs down to 25 grams a day, no more, no less. Make sure you eat plenty of fat during this diet. Sounds strange but it works because I've done it/am doing it. Do that for 2 weeks then ramp up to 40 grams of carbs. I can almost guarantee an inch lost per week. Don't give up Orren! You have come too damn far to let some belly fat fornicate you. What am I saying?, you WILL win.

I'm now hovering between 106-107 kg, where 1.5 years ago I was over 120. I weighed myself yesterday and I'm now *drumroll*.. 99.5kgs. So it only took 6 months of jogging 5-6 days a week, for 1/2 an hour/ day to lose 7 kgs.... Mind you I'm not dieting and I was guzzling lots of full fat cola this week. And I weighed myself right after eating a fat kebab.
