I got some of the militia cavalry legs, seeing as they were on special offer. This was made with bits from the cadian and catachan command sets, militia cav legs, steel wire and a mortar round from the heavy weapon box. There's another being painted, I'll post when it's finished.

Very nice cheminhaler, thanks for posting the pics! I look forward to painted shots! Another little preview, just to keep people interested while I'm busy sculpting away on the bike rider and a few other bits and pieces. This is a work in progress preview of the Anti-Tank Laser which Kit from Zinge Industries is working on for me. I'm anticpating that this will be a Kickstarter type project which will hopefully kick off soon. Please do note, the carriage in this picture is just a place holder.

One down, 59 to go. I'm also working on a prototype Praetorian style infantry guard using the dress uniform torso and life guard head.

That's just amazing. I was expecting a Praetorian style rider but this looks more like a classic Imperial army biker. Are you planning on making alternate riders or bare arms for the Catachanites among us?

Alternative arms are a possibility if there is enough demand, I'll need to get the Chainlances done first though.

Another preview of the upcomming Anti-Tank Laser, Kit has been working away on it, just a few details left to go on the carriage and gun shield. Here's a preview!

I can't see anything.. Here is a WIP Praetorian style guardsman using the dress uniform torso and life guard head. It must be said that these heads are superb, the pictures on your site don't do them justice; they need to be viewed side on. Also if you are budgeting at the current discounted price it would cost : 79p per guardsman, plus the plastic bitz that you need. A real bargain considering how expensive metal OOP praetorians are now.

Right you are then Cosmic Major Downer, expect pre-order for a limited number of the bikes to go up on Saturday - just painting up one of the pre-production run test casts for myself, I'll do an assembly video as well ahead of actual release, but probably not before pre-release, just don't have the time! Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to hit the £8.00 per set price I was aiming for as I've had to go with a multi-media product. The handlebars and foot rests just did'nt cast reliably enough in resin, so those two components are in white metal instead - probably a better option as they're more robust for gaming as a consequence. I'm expecting the final price to be £10.00 per bike individually or £45.00 for a squadron of five, thats near enough finalised now. I'd really like to have made them cheaper, if they sell well enough that might be an option further down the line, but for now I'm afraid not.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna need a few of them, myself. I assume the riders' arms are going to be separate pieces, yes? Need to be able to swap out for meltaguns, you see. Oh, and that silly lance thing, too.

The rider consists of legs, torso, left arm, right arm and head - and of course you can swap those bits out so if you wanted to use say a Cadian Torso and Head, you could do so easily.

I hate to be the one to complain but I think the rider is lent forward too much.

I hate to be the one to complain but I think the rider is lent forward too much. You mean like this? That kind of positioning makes me think leasurely ride down a road, not hitting various terrain features at speed in a combat situation. Leaning forward makes sense. The only thing I can think right now, and feel I should have said at an earlier point, is the legs to far too rigid. Near any picture of a motorcyclist you can find will show the rider with bent knees. Not being a Motorhead myself, I can't say if its for comfort, stability, or some other reason.

Ogryn Crazy, I'll look at further accessories in the future, and alternative riders, I've got a number of other projects which need to go to the front of the line first though, I've got plenty of ideas, and even products ready to go, just not the budget to do it all at once!
BG Foster, no, critism is good! Narric has basicly outlined my thinking behind the riders pose, leaning forward with a sense of urgency asociated with combat and speed, it sought to be a fairly easy conversion if you wanted to alter that pose though.
Narric, fair point on the knees, I went for a pose which seemed natural given the bike with the forward, and low, foot plates. To get a bent knee's pose would have left the legs being disproportionate I think without some major revisions to the bike. Possibly I culd do that with a revised version in the future, but as mentioned above I do have other projects afoot now which are higher priority.
To give you an idea, I have the masters of 6 different types of pistol, rifles with and without arms, grenade launchers, heavy flame throwers, sniper rifles and the 'mule' transport all finished and awaiting casting, not to mention the AT Laser and a C&C Bunker/Weapons Emplacement. Then theres the stuff which is work in progress, and many more ideas!

Your biker looks great!
For anyone who has issues with the legs they are fine, look up riding with forward controls on google images and you see tons of riders with little to no bend in their knee because of their brake and clutch controls being forward.
My only question is where are the weapons? Or should I just glue a lasgun on his back and call it done?
Keep up the amazing work...
