Where did you get that commanding officer model from ? The head's pig iron but that body.... It's all pig iron. Part of the Kolony Militia HQ set. I like the understatement - I'm saving the flamboyant stuff for the commissars!

Appreciating all the kind words about the commissar - I'll pass them on to the young lady responsible!

Those Ratlings are stunning! Love how the bases and cloaks match, (although I suppose that's the point... )

Sorry for lack of updates - been too busy painting to take pictures! Proper pictures of everything to come soon (hopefully this evening) - some more (non-ratling) snipers, converted storm troopers, and the rest (HW teams etc) with proper basing

White background thing seems to mess with camera auto settings too much for a quick late night snap. Back to the workbench - just finished: Storm troopers!

Very cool. I love the WWI feel to them...now if only you had a guy killing a zombie with a trench spike...they had zombies in WWI right???

Cheers :-) I think I have a mix of WW1, 2, modern and sci-fi in there. Next on the list is medieval. Blu-tac'd up a conversion to see if it works: ...it does not.

I would either shorten the ammo belt or make it more dynamic (curl it).
It's straight and long and i think it draws too much attention away from the model.
Just my 2 cents though.
