This is an unwise position in which to be. It is rather like attempting to spoon with a half-ton any kind of rhinoceros. Fixed.

Melissia still hasn't gotten over Codex: Witch Hunters instead of Codex: Sisters of Battle. Immagine what you'd think if they just shoved a bunch of Space Marine units in C:IG and then cahnged the name to call it Codex: Astartes, and DIDN'T improve upon the IG elements much, while keeping the SM elements lame and unhelpful. The Guard is now a subsidiary of the Astartes. I don't think you'd take that kind of retcon very well at all.

Don't forget that they would then leave C: Astartes for at least two editions...

I old friend of mine is going to swap the large walkie inquistoar for some sisters so should be a pretty good list. Sorry for the poor stucture but I am tried. If possible meliisa Could you and my wife trade email infomation or something as she would like to pick your brain she likes Instant messages more than forums. Answer by PM as I dont like the idea of her email being published in an a public place as she had a bad experiance over at the waagh ork forums there where afew bad eggs.

Wow that last post was terrible written I should of waited to the morning. Been mucking around with a few lists and had a neato fight about hq's and there set up. We been discusing the faith points and discovered this small guide line for faith points and wondering every ones opion. 500 pts 3 Faith 1000 pts 5 1500 pts 7 1750 pts 8 All the sisters have rhinos. Proberly gunna order a few melta guns (8) for 2 domernation squads in Imolators proberly without mutli meltas as they would just scream shoot me. I am going to have to learn to green stuff as my wife wants to put a mini skirt and some boobs on a vintacare assassin... (I felt dirty typing that on multiple levels) Also has anyone seen any sisters of simgar for sale any where she needs them for preists so she can take her agro falilents. Also the other questoin of the post. Should the flying girlies be in a squad of 10 or two squads of 5?

If you mean Dominion squad, I reccomend NOT doing that. Meltaguns on those squads are way too expensive.

True, but they can still be effective. And Melissia, I still understand your pain. And I have bad news.
They will be releasing Sisters as part of a combined Inquisition Codex.

True, but they can still be effective. And Melissia, I still understand your pain. And I have bad news. They will be releasing Sisters as part of a combined Inquisition Codex. As I have pointed out numerous times in the past, this is an outdated rumor promulgated by those misguided individuals who wish this disaster to happen. Here's the latest info from GW: www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.php?showtopic=150519&st=0www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.php?showtopic=154478&st=0And numerous other examples besides, Jervis Johnson has repeatedly and consistently stated that the the two codices will be separate. Stop spreading rumors that you have no evidence to support. People will believe you and continue to spread it and annoy the hell out of me because people are idiots and that's just what they do. The combined codex idea, if it actually ever even existed outside the minds of some misguided fans, has been shelved by GW.

Funny. You've got an anonymous source. I've got a Games Workshop Middlesborough manager. I'm going to have to say that I hope for your scenario, and to calm down when I simply try and pass on information recieved, or you're looking at disciplinary action again.

I put sister of battle into the B&C search engine and discovered quite a few good articles most of them written by Melissia. Shes started painting her sisters. I hope they keep them separate I got quite dis-hearted when the chaos codex lost cultist without cultist whats the point of playing chaos. Ordered this girlie any ideas what she could be? So far its an inquisitor , a canniness or a sister veteran Sergeant thing.

Its kind of hard putting an army together from 2nd hand stuff because its unplanned when you buy new stuff you have an idea of what you want and done research into it.

I've got a Games Workshop Middlesborough manager. You therefor have nothing. I have NUMEROUS of Bolter and Chainsword members whom sent emails which Jervis Johnson replied to, consistently saying the same thing. Yoru manager doesn't know what Jervis Johnson knows, and he is wrong. Managers have consistently and repeatedly been wrong over the course of the years, this one is no different.

Melissia will yell at you if you make it an Inquisitor... looks psyker-ish to me...not such a good trait in an SoB... would probably make a better Inquisitor.

I didn't say it wouldn't make a sweet =I= lady... But they're most useful in IG lists. Which is not inappropriate considering what forum this is...

Gah, whatever. If your going to get so pissy about this, I'll leave you to it. Christ, stop getting your back up every time you hear something you might not like. You damn well know that that isn't how we behave on this forum.

fluffy: I wrote a guide to pure Sisters somewhere, but basicly it all boiled down to "Get In Their Face And Set Them On Fire", with all other strategies and tactics being variations of this. A matter of positioning (ensuring that you get the rapid fire turn or assault turn first), timing, use of faith points, and of course luck.
RT: It's how you behave, so don't be surprised.

I was thinking more along the lines of taking a flamethrower... I am starting to paint them now pink and blue cloaks. I also bought some green stuff to make some skirts, hats and hair. I don't like how they all have the same hair style.

So far its an inquisitor , a canniness or a sister veteran Sergeant thing. She isn't a GW model. Looks like a model from Warmachine. If you are not going with a tournament legal army I would include her. If not I would only include her in the pick up games at the LGS. GW stores won't let you put her on the table unless you do some drastic conversion to hide what she once was. Edit:(reason for edit. CYA) of course each area manager and store manager is different. Some might let you put her out, but many will not.
