It could be seen as fitting in with the "new race" rumours that have been flying around for a while, downgrade sisters to PDFdex and allow for the Grey Knights to fill the 'inquisition' quota. Stop producing metal models, phase out sisters completely for 6th and introduce the 'new race' at the same time (starter set style). Upsetting people has never really bothered GW and the cost of producing the plastic moulds for any new sisters models would seem silly considering the percentage of players who actually play them. cost vs. benefit ratio would be slipping even then, let alone adding the production of a real life codex to the bargain. Non of this is to be taken as anything other than conspiracy theorism but it most certainly would be possible. Sisters are an interesting but underplayed army with a large theoretical fan base and a small consumer one. Just my tuppence Paradill It is all metal army of course it has a small consumer base because it is near impossible to convert and cost a lot for a good army. Plastic army will get bought after all the Dark Elder I thinking are selling quite well. Sister will do the same.

Id definately get in on the action if theres plastic sisters. The cost of an all-metal army is the reason Ive never invested in one.

"Zealot mobs?" Surely if redemptionist militia is unacceptable then the phrase Frateris Militia already exists for such formations. Edit - point already raised, ignore at will.

I think I'm going to like this codex. I have some problems with it already. Evicerators and Heavy Flamers are missing.

Right, but your first post pretty much said that they had removed those completely.

I look forward with hope in my heart that there will be scope for Adeptus Arbites (that and a very unrealistic hope that any Inquisitors from the SoB codex will be useable with other Imperial Armies...)

Question. Why do Stub pistols have AP6?

What? Where do they have AP6? They should be identical, stat wise, to a laspistol...

EXPANDING AMMUNITION DECREASES THE ARMOUR PIERCING CAPABILITIES OF A WEAPON!!!

How does that work? The expanding rounds being less penetrative I mean...

What if they expand inside the target?

Then they're bolt rounds.

Bolt rounds are rocket propelled... I'm going to assume normal expandin rounds are fired with conventional gunpowder.

In Dark Heresy, Dum Dum rounds actually do suffer quite nasty penalties against armour. As to why their Pen 6, I think it would have to be AP rounds like Manstoppers or something. Reds

The more I look at these rumours the less I believe them. They just seem a little odd to me.
